This experience and success were channeled into building new businesses from scratch - a digital transformation company and an eldercare business dealing in retirement living and health care. The patent for Digital Transformation was converted into a business with a team of ideators, strategists, creative designers, technology experts, and Agile consultants to create unique offerings for clients, that focussed not on technology but on generating business value. The business of senior living was revamped and rebuilt to convert from an asset-heavy to an asset-light sustainable model, focusing on unit economics, operational efficiencies, and a scientifically designed experience for community living. Each of the 3 centers thus turned profitable and self-sustaining in under 2 years and is on the roadmap to support seniors in the next 5 years.
