   Led the ML work for a team in Google Ads, building the complete ML system from the scratch.Designed and built a recommendation model that increased user interaction by over 70%.Designed and implemented an ML based ranking/retrieval model to rank any entity based on user context and feedback with ultra low latency of under 20ms.Worked on LLM fine tuning and alignment through RLHF.Worked on building agentic system to translate user query into desired autonomous actions.Did research in the field of learning-to-rank, vis-a-vis pointwise, pairwise and listwise approaches with different scorer architectures.Trained models to directly optimize the information retrieval metric like NDCG by formulating an approximation framework for these non-differentiable metrics.Designed and built the complete serving and continuous training infrastructure from scratch.
