With nearly 15 years of experience, I’ve grown from hands-on engineering roles to leading multi-million dollar technology consulting engagements across Product, Engineering, Automation, DevOps, and Quality Assurance. I specialize in solving complex enterprise challenges by bridging digital strategy with scalable execution and driving success through trust and measurable impact.As Director of Consulting Services at CGI, I managed a major Fortune 500 account, overseeing delivery, profitability, and client success for a large-scale consulting engagement. I partnered with client leadership to drive digital transformation strategy and execution, providing consulting leadership across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AWS adoption, QA and DevOps transformation, and monolith-to-microservices modernization. I led consulting teams that enabled automation-led quality delivery, supported engineering modernization, and scaled Agile practices across client product teams. I built and scaled automation frameworks, delivered QA transformation initiatives, and mentored client teams on shift-left testing and modern quality practices. I also contributed to multi-million dollar RFPs and solution designs across U.S. accounts and conducted SAFe and DevOps training as a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) to uplift client Agile maturity.From product delivery to enterprise consulting, I operate at the intersection of technology, business, and transformation, bringing a unique blend of execution leadership, client partnership, and advisory depth to every engagement.
