Review of parent child linkage of customers, review changes made to receivable management authorization limits and approver table as per global credit policy.• Highlight concerns regarding customer accounts to higher management to minimize company’s exposure to potential bad debt.• Owner of internal control matrix for O2C which includes period end control, detective control, recommended controls and key control, ensuring compliance with applicable SOX controls for AR and credit management, provide remediation plan for failed control so as to keep the controls effective as per NAM policy.• Continuous focus on improvement opportunities in process & content, identify & actions Opportunities to reduce complexity and promote best practices.
