ABOUT ANUBHAB BANERJEE

I am a mediator and conflict resolution lawyer who supports individuals and organisations in finding clarity, making informed decisions, and reaching practical, sustainable solutions during disputes.My work sits at the intersection of law, negotiation, and human behaviour. I help people navigate commercial, workplace, partnership, founder, consumer, family-related, and interpersonal disputes through a structured and confidential process that enables constructive dialogue and lasting outcomes.Alongside my practice, I train professionals, students, and organisations in mediation, negotiation, and conflict-management skills. I have trained more than a thousand learners through institutions such as NLSIU, NALSAR, ISB and Christ University, and remain committed to building the next generation of problem-solvers.I have also contributed consistently to institution-building and policy development in the mediation and dispute resolution space, including work on case-management systems, workplace mediation frameworks, training design, and national-level discussions on strengthening India’s mediation ecosystem, such as work relating to the Mediation Act, 2023.People who refer matters to me are lawyers, founders, HR leaders, and professionals; who value the approach I bring:• a calm, neutral presence• a structured process for complex conversations• legal understanding without adversarial thinking• a focus on practical, long-term solutionsIf you or your organisation are navigating a conflict and need support in exploring options, facilitating dialogue, or moving toward resolution, I’m always open to a conversation.
