In my very first internship, I learned about recruiting and fell in love with it instantly. To clarify, I didn\'t fall in love with the fact that I had to go through hundreds and hundreds of resumes every day trying to find that perfect candidate. What I did find most rewarding and interesting are the relationships I built with the clients and with the candidates, I was servicing. It was exhilarating and challenging! It felt like I was making a difference.
