I\'m a Partner at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, and manage the Investor Division of the firm\'s EB-5 Practice as well as the EB-1 and EB-2 NIW Practice. With my strong science background, I am uniquely positioned to assist doctors, researchers, and other highly skilled professionals secure their green cards through EB-1A (Aliens of Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Researchers); and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions.My command of EB-5 investor-related issues is recognized within the field and I am frequently called upon to review EB-5 cases prepared by other law firms to ensure compliance with USCIS’ extremely rigorous standards. I am routinely retained to respond to difficult Notices of Intent to Deny and to file appeals for denials received by other firms. I represent clients at visa interviews, both at U.S. Consulates overseas and with the Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States.I have extensive experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration. I represent hospitals, international record companies, multinational businesses, and major production companies in securing a variety of employment-based immigration benefits for their employees. I also assist clients with family-based immigration matters and represent clients before the Immigration Court, the Citizenship and Immigration Service, and Customs and Border Protection.

ABOUT ANU NAIR
On a personal level. As an immigrant myself, I know firsthand how difficult and daunting the immigration process is. With this background, I am acutely aware that my ability to solve immigration issues not only impacts the lives of individual clients, but also their entire families and future generations.Like my parents, many of my clients are leaving behind things and people they love to build a better life for themselves and/or their children. Since I work directly with individuals, I can offer a level of empathy and understanding about the process that my clients appreciate. On a professional level. My love of science, math, and teaching, has been a great asset in my legal career. I get sincere joy from researching and solving my clients\' immigration woes. My approach to clients\' problems is methodical, fact-based, and logical. With my background in teaching, I am able to explain complicated legal concepts in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand terms. Thus, as I share my thought process, my clients gain a deeper understanding of their case and are empowered to participate in making decisions about their case.
