About Anu Subramony

I am an experienced, innovative, results-driven, nationally recognized executive with years of success driving system-wide improvements in patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory affairs in a academic, health systems. I am regionally and nationally recognized at developing and implementing strategy and change through cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across the care continuum and across care sites including inpatient, surgical and ambulatory sites. Most recently, I have led quality and safety initiatives across Northwell for the pediatric service line, integrating multiple clinical sites with a focus on standardization to create a seamless experience for patients and families across Northwell for pediatrics.I am a graduate of Yale University, Vanderbilt Medical School and Owen School of Business. I completed residency in pediatrics at Vanderbilt Children\'s Hospital and am board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine. My passions are on harnessing the power of families and engaging patients and families to promote patient safety. I love exploring new foods and playing tennis.
