Previously, I held a COO-like role for a high-growth practice within IBM Consulting, where I launched proprietary AI offerings—including IBM Consulting’s Supply Chain Ensemble, a signature transformation framework that integrates data, AI, and automation. Over the years, I’ve built new practices from the ground up, led complex large-scale transformation programs across global markets, and advised some of the world’s leading brands.
