Contribute feedback, innovations and best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of the current workflow.• Creation of metrics for client tracking and improved transparency.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams such as Clients, Sales, KYC, Onboarding, Credit, Technology, Legal and Operations.
