I am a Qualified Company Secretary and have recently completed my CS management training at NSE (in the Enforcement Department, a sub department of the Exchange\'s Regulatory Department). Working there as a trainee, I got diverse exposure of Regulatory compliances, interpretation of SEBI, NSE, Depository etc. Circulars, guidelines and relevant laws. Furthermore, I was involved in liaison between trading members/Clearing members and the Exchange with respect to trading Member compliances. I have keen interest in Company law, Securities law, Corporate restructuring and understanding the intricacies of the Capital Market.I describe myself as a self motivated person who is always open to learn, grow and help others to grow.
