An engineer with a PG in HR, I joined TCS from campus in 2006. It has been an interesting journey so far, been in a wide variety of roles from Manpower planning and allocation, HR generalist to Strategic HR for an industry vertical. Have worked on all key areas in HR like talent management, employee engagement, competency building, career management, manpower planning, compliance and governance both in India and Europe. Currently I am heading HR Compliance and Governance for overseas geographies.
