Anu Monga has around 15 years of experience in advising clients on TMT laws, Competition laws and International Trade/ WTO laws.She regularly renders professional services, advises and assists companies on entry strategy/ setting-up business(es) in India, including foreign investment and legal/ regulatory issues and seeking approvals and licenses from the Government/ regulatory authorities including Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Ministry of Commerce and Industry; apart from representing them before various forums in matters concerning International Trade & WTO laws and anti-trust/ competition laws. Anu actively advises and opines on barriers to entry, which include foreign investment regulations, policies and commitments under various trade agreements, customs duty etc. She takes part in consultation processes with Government of India and related ministries on policy related issues and submits proposal, papers on required changes in the extant policy. She advises on privacy and data protection laws; and issues relating to cloud, IoTs/ IIoTs, virtual reality, augmented reality. She works on policy related issues with clients and government. She also advises/ assists on Other Service Provider (OSP) registration and related issues.Anu is licensed to practice as an Advocate in India and is also a member of Supreme Court Bar Association, American Bar Association, International Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. She has completed her LL.M at National University of Singapore with focus on TMT, Competition and Trade Laws and holds LL.B from prestigious Campus Law Center, University of Delhi. She is also a member of the Governing Board of Alumni Association of Campus Law Center. She has also completed her Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Political Science at the Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
