I lead with a stubborn hope that systems built by people can be rebuilt for people—especially those they were never meant to serve.As Chief Executive Officer of International Justice Mission Canada, I guide global strategies to end violence, trafficking, and exploitation, partnering across governments, corporations, and survivor networks to transform justice systems at scale. Over the past decade, I’ve led national and international teams across three continents, designing public-private collaborations, influencing policy reforms, and mobilizing millions in philanthropic and government funding toward sustainable protection for the vulnerable.At the messy intersection of justice, strategy, and empathy, I don’t bring voices to the table—I drag the table to where the voices already are. My leadership is rooted, not performative. Purposeful, not polished. I take fun seriously and justice personally, because courage spreads faster when laced with clarity (and a little irreverence).This isn’t charity—it’s architecture. I’m here for the demolition and the blueprinting, armed with data, storytelling, and the audacity to reimagine what power can protect.
