With years of combined experience the company brings a deeply rooted passion for restaurant industry. The company opened its first ROOH location in San Francisco in 2017. We expanded to 6 locations in last 3+ years.As COO of the company. My responsibilities include- Defining the vision and strategy of the company- Brand development - Oversee daily operations of the company- Managing a team of 100+ employees across 3 locations( San Francisco, Palo Alto and Delhi)- Managing relationship with other local partners at different locations with in US- Negotiating contracts with the vendors- Monthly Profit n Loss statements- Defining strategy for PR and marketing companies- Budget Management for different areas of the company - Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting company metrics and data- Defining expansion strategy - Onboarding new location from conceptualization, construction to stabilizing- Customer management, interacting with guests on daily bases
