As Product Owner of Finance Cloud Solutions, I lead, strategize, execute and manage the Legal, Close & Compliance and Financial Automation solutions on Cloud Platforms. These include cloud solutions by Trintech: Cadency - Journal Workflow, Inter Company Journals, Close & Compliance. ReconNet for auto reconciliation and reporting, by Tagetik : IFRS 16 compliance and by SAP : Single Track E Ledger Tax Compliance Solution. I manage an annual budget to implement, manage these products across 359 markets. As Product Owner, I also lead Process Mining product \"Celonis\", Data Insights Application \"Alteryx\" and Sanction Screening tool \"Accuity\" 2022 was a milestone year when I lead my team in cloning and separating all these 7 products for Consumer Healthcare company,\"HALEON\". These financial transformation and automation systems are key to revolutionize the R2R process by better financial controls, shorter financial close, effective reporting and better advance visibility into financial data. As such, these are key to saving huge costs to the company, by way of automation and accuracy. I engage with Governance Boards, GPO, CoE, Third Party Vendors, SAP and other associated teams to steer the project. I manage the Vendors, Resources, Budget, Contracts, SoW, Service Agreements, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Patches/Upgrades I also manage the following projects/services for finance area at GSK: 1. Patching of Applications 2. Month end, Quarter End and Year End management and support, making sure that all elements of systems and network work for 359 global entities to allow completion of period end activities as per schedule. Leading Business and Tech Transformation projects for Finance and Process Mining 4. Systems and Process Audits, compliance, mitigation, implementation of new compliant tools 5. Major Incident Management - Root Cause Analysis, Mitigation, After Action Review, Communication with Business senior stakeholders.
