As Part of an executive leadership team, I provide with collaboration of other leaders, business direction and oversight for the operational, management decisions within the Clinical Transformation Department, as well as resource allocation activities, and staff developmental opportunities within the department. Oversees the development and application of evidence-based care, Clinical Integration, Improvement Sciences, Project/Program Management into the infrastructure of the Health System including related initiatives, services and programs. Directs and implements financial and strategic planning activities related to the integration of Leading Practices into the routine care delivery processes of the Health System. Participates in the design of program goals, timelines and objectives; provides supervision of project operations; assists with defining measurable and actionable metrics; supervision of objectives within the programs; development of clinical relationships including interactions with corporate partners, nursing and physicians; ensures quality and integration of Health System values in improvement initiatives. Collaborates directly with Sr. Leaders, Clinical Strategy and Development and works closely with the SVP, System Operations to focus on several areas including, but not limited to, priorities, program development, partnership with Business Development, client relationship building, delivery of high-quality projects, P&L management and strategic leadership.
