The Young Adult Internship Program (YAIP), modeled after our high school program, serves Baltimore City foster care youth ages 18-20. Providing them with job training, life skills, mentorship, internships and financial literacy will help them be better prepared for adulthood.After two weeks of job training, I\'ll get matched with a professional mentor and placed in an office internship four days a week.
