Build collaborative rapport to incorporate new technology, expand technical service delivery, and share information to enhance total IT experience for customers NIST, NOAA and Census. Revamped phone and ticket escalation procedures to ensure seamless flow of vital information across entire organization. Orchestrated and optimized allocation of tasks as well as rolled out escalation procedures for support teams, ensuring seamless execution of standards as per industry-leading methodologies, such as SDLC, STLC, PM lifecycle, ITSM, and Agile.
