Mr Upward believes that we need a world where business no longer only attempts to do less harm, but instead sets as its goal the flourishing of human and all other life: sustainable flourishing. Mr Upward is a collaborative business designer, innovator, strategist, change agent, thought leader, author, and professor with more than 30 years of professional management consulting experience and 20 years of teaching and research:– 20 years successfully improving client profitability by designing solutions, via an economic lens, that integrates people, process and technology – 10+ years focused on the additional value possible for all stakeholders when social benefit and environmental regeneration and stewardship are integrated with financial viability Through his consulting, research and education Mr Upward originated the fit-for-the-21st Century business modeling tool, the Flourishing Business Canvas. The Canvas is now in use by many thousands organizations and individuals around the world.
