Additionally, I oversee the delivery of People Operations services, including payroll, HR, and training.A significant aspect of my role has been spearheading the transition to a new sector-based operating model from a regional one. In this capacity, I have managed the HR programme, reported to the board, minimized legal risks, and achieved £12M in annualized savings.
