My roles at both Private Client Services Ltd & AJ SInger Consultancy Ltd will be to use my experience and contacts to offer a range of services to support Private Client Solicitors and Probate Practitioners.The main product available immediately is Will Bank Data Cleansing, which has helped generate additional revenue and reconnect Law Firms with their existing client base. I can assist with target marketing and development to try to maximise results.Other products available are UK Asset, liability & PPI checks for Deceased Estates - there are numerous options at the moment covering \'live, lost & dormant\' assets, and also plans to expand this further to other Private Client areas. I can help to source and choose the most relevant product for your Estate.I will continue to offer assistance with the Valuation, ongoing Management and Sale of Probate properties Nationwide. This will include Estate Agent & RICS reports, plus assistance with clearance, contents valuations and all other services associated with the sale of property within an Estate.Genealogy and tracing services will still be available.
