    Regulated and monitored critical process parameters for Spray Drying technology such as inlet temperature and nozzle pressure to optimize product yield and ensure precise particle morphology- Managed Roller Compaction processes to densify powder into uniform ribbons, conducted in process characterization testing of ribbon density to ensure adherence to specifications- Led independent experiment handling moisture-sensitive (hygroscopic) material within a nitrogen-purged glove box. Regulating nitrogen flow rate to ensure no powder entrainment while keeping precise relative humidity levels preventing material degradation
