Drawing from over 20 years of executive and senior leadership experience across diverse industries, I\'m driven to support leaders in their journey to success. In a world marked by rapid and complex change, I believe that adaptability is key to ensure that we move from a state where we survive, to a place we thrive. My mission is to help senior and aspiring leaders navigate these dynamic times, improve performance and maximise their potential. With a proven track record as a CEO and Director in global organisations, I\'ve steered transformative change by fostering trust, authenticity, and empathy. I\'ve succeeded across sectors like financial services, hospitality, media, and energy, in both corporate and non-profit sectors. My leadership journey has been unconventional but impactful, driven by my commitment to connecting with and empowering the people and talent around me. Embracing diverse roles, cultures, and industries, I\'ve developed my own authentic leadership skills. From travelling the world as a backpacker to becoming a CEO before the age of 40, my journey unfolded organically, leading me to realise that authentic human connection, rather than fear led ego is the difference between managemnet and inspired leadership. Rooted in creativity (and a little chaos!) I was raised in a family of musicians and artists. This artistic background shaped my leadership style and also my coaching approach, emphasising creativity, authenticity, collaboration, and trust. Empowered by my own transformation through coaching, I offer you a safe space to explore your talents, discover your purpose, and enhance your adaptability.
