I am a very dedicated individual; I have worked for the Same Company for 30+ years across the breath of the business. I currently manage a team of 17 they consist of a GSM, 3 ASM, 10 sales members, 2 x sales support and a valet team. My colleges and I work hard to make a success in all that we do, I am proud to work with each and every one of them. Team work is key to long working relationship and to drive up great consistent results.I am very reliable and always give 100% to all that I do, I am happy to step up and push myself to drive results and love to develop people that want to be driven, and work with those who do not. I love to bring their weakness out and work with them to develop this in to a strength. I believe that I manage/coach all my colleges with passion, enthusiasm. A happy team with respect will always deliver when times are hard; I am always fair but firm. I love the saying “tell me show me” I am always looking for quick wins and develop processes to bring consistent results. I love problem solving, using people and technology to wow customers and drive a very high outstanding customer service experiences. You have one life so fill it with fun, hardworking and energy.
