ABOUT ANTONY COSTANTIN

Antony holds an MA from Georgetown University, Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service. He graduated from The American University in Cairo in 2019 with a BA in Economics and Political Science Honors Program specializing in political economy. Antony was previously a business analyst at Deloitte Egypt. He worked with different industries, navigating the challenges of developing efficient business models and sustainable market competitiveness in Egypt and the global economy. Previously, he worked with governmental organizations such as Goethe Institut and GIZ organizations on Egypt\'s youth and women\'s economic empowerment projects. Antony has received several awards for his contributions to civil society and economic awareness, such as Injaz Egypt Highest Impact Award and UNEP Most Active Participant. He recently received the Sadat Memorial Graduate Scholarship to study at Georgetown. At MAAS, Antony hopes to study the impact of political institutions on economic development in Egypt and the MENA region. After his time at MAAS, he aspires to develop and participate in reform programs in Egypt and MENA political institutions in areas of economic competitiveness and development and institutional and social reform.
