Gaseous Hydrogen Engine Project-Designed and developed sheet metal and ALM brackets using Siemens NX as per ASME std for the Gaseous Hydrogen Engine-Worked on the conversion of the sheet metal to Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM), achieving weight reduction and enhanced thermal performance.

   Deputed to Rolls Royce -Designed and developed sheet metal and ALM brackets using Siemens NX as per ASME std for the Gaseous Hydrogen Engine-Created detailed 2D drawings and 3D models in NX, applying precise GD & T to ensure dimensional accuracy and ease of manufacturing-Created and maintained DDRs specifications, material details, and revisions; prepared Fitting Instructions (FIs) and managed PDR/FDR for accurate assembly and standards compliance-Worked on the conversion of the Turbo Cool Casing Manifold (TCCM) from sheet metal to Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM), achieving weight reduction and enhanced thermal performance-Managed the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for mechanical components, ensuring timely implementation of design updates, validating changes, updating documentation and maintaining configuration control.
