ABOUT ANTONIO PIERRO
I am currently working as an HR & Organization Specialist at Italtractor ITM S.p.A, where I support recruitment, training, onboarding, reporting, and HR process development. I am the main contact for training programs and manage relationships with external recruitment and training suppliers. I also work with the HR Manager to manage the onboarding process at HQ and collect, develop and analyze HR reports, including FTE, HC, and absenteeism data.Before this, I worked as a Recruitment & Selection Specialist at IKEA Italy HQ, where I handled recruitment and supported employer branding for different stores and departments.I graduated in Modern Philology from the University of Bologna in 2019 and completed a Master’s in HR & Organization at Bologna Business School in 2020, which started my career in Human Resources.I am a motivated and curious person with a strong work ethic, always ready to take on new challenges with energy and passion!
