Established inter-team collaboration guidelines to decrease dependency and redundancy and increase development efforts by combining various developer voices, in addition to assessing the code to ensure compliance with company coding guidelines. Spearheaded sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, in addition to training, coaching, and supervising 5 development teams and reflecting on issues to offer prompt resolutions and apply best practices.
