ABOUT ANTONIO RODRÍGUEZ
At some point of my life I wanted to be a graphic designer but I am colorblind (Joke is on me).As a computer science engineer I was taught that data can be transformed into valuable insights, someone forgot to mention that asking the right questions was going to be the complicated part (So, I had to learn the hard way)Hey! 🤘 I\'m Antonio and I\'m a passionately curious person. I believe that life is about learning something new everyday. I consider myself a dynamic, restless person, always looking to learn something new to improve my skills. I have been lucky enough to work with people that inspire me, and that understand that being creative on the day-to-day job brings tons of benefits. After some years on the development world I took the decision to work as a Service Management Specialist (No regrets at all), I was looking for a bigger picture of how the organization works and I got a 360°. I was looking for some answers and I finally understood that people was not afraid of a few new routines and a glossy front-end, people was terrified to lose the ability to do their day-to-day activities when the requierement was not designed properly. I am currently working as a global service management expert focusing on the development and implementation of standards to support the organization to provide outstanding services.P.S. Regardless of being color blind. Not everything is black and white.
