Overall responsibility: Lead and conduct CBRN Reconnaissance and surveillance; lead and perform decontamination operations. Mask Supplier, Lead Maintenance Operator and Lead NBC Equipment Operator• Platoon Sergeant of 2rd Platoon which has 26 Soldiers (3 Squad Leaders/18 Lower enlisted) • Obtained a security clearance upon entering into the military• Manages all company administrative matters including legal matters• Leads, trains, and mentors detection team in performance of their duties while monitoring operation ability of their vehicles for the Battalion Striker Team• Responsible for $1.2 million worth of military vehicles and NBC equipment• Effectively schedules unit’s APFT’s with outstanding results as the NCOIC• Leads CBRN sensitive site exploitation and leads platoon on all decon/recon missions• Operations NCO for Initial Military Training (IMT) for Brigade for incoming recruits• Develops and supervises CBRN equipment fielding and training
