My internship goal is to acquire knowledges and skills to conduct research, selection, and attraction of talents in the IT and Engineering fields. In the ASDR division (Aerospace, Defense, Naval, and Railways), I am responsible for conducting research related to the Products & Systems domain, with a specific focus on the Electrical, Electronics & Semiconductors area.\\\\n\\\\nThe activities planned during the training period include:\\\\n\\\\n- utilizing key sourcing tools (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, university databases, ATS);\\\\n- CV screening, phone interviews, HR interviews;\\\\n- Team Managers briefing and debriefing;\\\\n- Employer Branding activities;\\\\n- sourcing for schools/academies;\\\\n- updating files for HR reporting.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
