Attualmente lavoro per il gruppo ND (Network Design) che si occupa della progettazione FWA (Fixed Wireless Access). In questo tipo di progettazione Eolo è la prima azienda al mondo sia per capacità che per numero di clienti. Lavorare con questa tecnologia mi sta facendo acquisire competenze completamente nuove. Le principali attività svolte sono:• Analisi e studio di progettazione di una nuova Stazione Radio Base FWA e del sistema radiante d’antenna con frequenze 5 GHz o 28 GHz a seconda dell’esigenza.• Desaturazione di siti sovraccarichi.• Progettazione dei ponti radio per la rete di trasporto.• Gestione ed ottimizzazione di siti e ponti radio già esistenti facenti parte delle proprie province di competenza.• Simulazioni di copertura con tool HTZ.

I am a highly flexible employee, in fact, when I work in groups, other than being assigned “standard” functions, I am often assigned support fuctions for the other members of the group which carry out particoular tasks, for example the Vodafone mobile telephone service events (f.i. Evento Pitti Uomo in Florence), tunnel covering plan of the Tuscany region and the Crowd Cell Project which comprises the whole Area 1.I try to join together the strict rules of a technical project to the needs of a group of people, which are not always compatible one with another! I see thus myself fulfilling a management function in the future.
