I am a certified Life Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner. I am an expert in Emotional Intelligence Coaching in personal, professional, and Business life areas.Over the years, I have also developed my skills and knowledge in Eating Psychology by helping men and women of all ages and walks of life identify and successfully overcome severe emotional and psychological disorders related to nutrition and obesity.My mission is to change the world one person at a time.I am passionate about life coaching, mentoring, and training. I love helping people master their Emotional Intelligence and supporting them in achieving their most important personal and professional goals.Essentially, my job is to facilitate the transformation of all those harmful and destructive mental processes by discovering one\'s inner self.Through Life Coaching, Personal Development and Behavioural Psychology, I facilitate individuals\' awareness of their negative thoughts and emotional patterns. I then help them challenge and change those patterns through a set of transformative, powerful strategies and actions toward achieving their targets.Since 2017 I am also part of the prestigious team of Mentors at The Coaching Academy, where I have coached and mentored hundreds of students worldwide to successfully complete their training journey as Professional Certified Life and Executive Business coaches.
