Inspect electrical installations (wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, grounding) for compliancewith NEC, IEC, and project specifications.• Verify materials and components (cables, breakers, panels, transformers) meet approval and spec requirements.• Ensure proper installation of- Cable routing and terminations - Panel and switchgear layout - Conduit installation and bending - Equipment, grounding and bonding - Earthing systems - Firestopping and sealing• Witness and review testing procedures including- Insulation resistance (Megger), continuity, ground resistance, high-voltage, loop impedance,and RCD testing - Functional testing of control panels and automation systems - Confirm operation of emergency systems (generators, UPS, fire alarms, emergency lighting) • Generate daily reports • Complete inspection checklists, test results, and as-built drawings • Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances (NCRs), and corrective actions • Coordinate with construction teams, QA/QC Resident Engineers, clients, consultants,subcontractors, and vendors • Participate in site meetings, audits, and punch list walks. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other safety codes. Monitor adherence to LOTO and electrical hazard control procedures • Report and follow up on safety concerns and hazards
