Antonio is a results-focused ICF credentialed, LHH and NYU certified Executive Coach and experienced facilitator with strong inter-personal skills plus extensive international and diversified industry coaching experiences that include Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Energy & Environmental, Financial Services and Major Pharmaceutical industries, et. al. He works with US and international senior and mid-level executives, as well as emerging leaders who want to improve their leadership capabilities and enhance their executive presence, plus strengthen communications and connectivity skills in order to overcome obstacles and improve their business performance and results. Antonio also brings a multi-cultural and multi-lingual approach to his coaching work as he is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in Portuguese. Prior to his coaching career, Antonio was a senior sales and relationship management executive whose experiences encompassed business development and management with P&L responsibilities, sales and relationship management with both financial intermediaries and high net worth individuals. His international experiences include conducting business in over 30 countries around the world. This included five years living and working as a Senior Representative in Brazil for a major financial services intermediary.
