Economist, specialized in Real Estate Finance, member of RICS. I initially worked in Academia running several research projects, then moved to the real estate field focusing on management of urban transformation projects in municipality owned company. I have a consultancy experience in the “Transaction Real Estate Advisory Services” at EY. In 2011 I joined Fabrica SGR, working in the management of real estate investments, also gaining expertise in the risk management and market research area. I am currently Valuation Director at Coima Sgr, among the leading real estate investment management companies in Italy.
