ABOUT ANTÓNIO COELHO

Only interested in Full-Stack positions with Python/Django and JS/React(and preferably not from third-party recruiters).My father introduced me to my first computer at an early age. I remember sitting behind him fascinated after he came home from work everyday and worked/played/interacted with this amazing machine. My interest was sparked then and lived on until this day. Many years later, Computer Science was an obvious choice for my degree. It paired my interest for computers with my interest in problem solving and logical thinking. I came into contact with different programming languages, worked with algorithms, dbms, frameworks and my passion was developed further. After finishing my Bachelors, which ended in a semester building a full stack geo located web application, I decided to move on to the Master\'s degree and use that opportunity to study abroad. I spent my first six months in Dresden and started learning German.My first job experience started soon after I went back to Portugal. I single handedly developed a web platform to manage dynamic QRcodes. Fully structured with the MVC pattern and with a front end developed with HTML, CSS and Javascript with the usage of the bootstrap framework. I was then hired by a big IBM partner in Portugal where I worked for 2 years in one of the biggest Portuguese banks restructuring their full credit process. I was able to follow a project from point zero to full delivery. I collected requirements, designed components, maintained servers and was daily in contact with the client. I was in touch with all stages of the development process.At the end of this period I decided move back to Germany. After additional work experiences I am now fully integrated in the country and have decided to specialise myself as a Python Developer. I have since then been working as a Python Developer mainly on an application level and also using the Django framework.Programming languages and Frameworks I am familiar with:Python; Django; Flask; Javascript; Angular; Bootstrap; JQuery; SQL Server; PostgreSQL; Android; VCS; Git; SVN; TFS
