Lead a team of 18 data analyst professionals supporting the Pharma Strategic Sourcing organization. My team\'s scope of work focuses data analytics process automation, business strategy development and execution, and manufacturer and growth programs. We support more than 115 professionals across 7 executive stakeholders (VP and SVP leaders). • Realized more than $22M (vs $10M target) in incremental growth and savings, exceeding the FY23 target by more than 120%. Key team accomplishments include growing commercial data services from $15M a year in net income to $23M a year ($8M incremental), unlocking more than $6.2M in net income savings through analytics insights, supported third-party data negotiations delivering more than $1.9M in annualized incremental margin. • Headed or materially contributed to the direction and execution of several Strategic Sourcing initiatives. Key outcomes include building the business case for a new manufacturer inventory reporting platform, influencing the implementation of new substitution terms in rebate contracts, evaluating new GPO opportunities, shaping the implementation of new systems leveraged internally and by our partner manufacturers to meet recently implemented safety regulations (DSCSA). • Ignited a product development culture which prioritizes delivering value and users, overseeing the delivery of more than 40 new data analytics and automation solutions in one fiscal year period. • Implemented robust governance protocols to maintain full-stack analytics solutions effectively while maximizing ability to scale. Key outcomes included: Launching a new process for certifying solutions to meet business continuity standards, and consolidating, transitioning and/or decommissioning more than 80 analytics solutions which simplified our portfolio of analytic solutions from 230 to 150.
