Provide individual and group counseling to students using evidence-based counseling practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed approaches. • Deliver crisis response and safety planning for at-risk students, including those returning from treatment or disciplinary placements. • Collaborate with school counselors, administrators, and families to identify student needs and develop personalized intervention plans. • Coordinate substance abuse and mental health referrals with community agencies and treatment centers to ensure continuity of care. • Design and implement anti-drug campaigns and student presentations across campuses, including Red Ribbon Week, Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Week, and vaping education programs. • Analyze student data and behavioral trends to inform targeted prevention strategies and support equitable access to resources. • Provide professional development and consultations to school staff on substance use warning signs, prevention strategies, and trauma-informed communication. • Facilitate parent outreach and education sessions to build community awareness and involvement in prevention efforts.
