As District manager for the Milan Flagship I have different responsibilities, such as: complete and supervise store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintain store stuff (managers and employees) by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training them. Maintain store stuff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Achieve financial objectives, driving sales, analyzing KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly bases. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Ensure availability of merchandise supervising and checking constantly inventory levels. Making decision about the merchandise/visual sets on the sales floor in order to drive more sales, monitoring competitor’s trends. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending 3 times a year specific training in the US at the Home Office of the company and share all this information to the rest of the management team. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Contribute to the team building and to the constant developing of the management team, making sure to create a passionate and challenging environment.
