Hi, I am Antonio. I\'m from the Deep South, where I learned to believe in people and the power of community. I started as a classroom teacher, became a Regional VP, and spent 13 years leading large-scale change across the U.S.In 2021, I became an entrepreneur, partnering closely with CEOs. I guide Fortune 500 executives, school leaders, and organizations through crisis, cultural transformation, and large-scale change. Here\'s what I\'ve learned: the leaders who succeed aren\'t the ones with the best plans—they\'re the ones who transform themselves first.That insight became the foundation of Kriseles and our HFD Framework (Humanity, Freedom, and Dreams).
