With over 20 years of experience in IT service management, I am a Director of Process Optimization at Synovus, a leading regional bank in the Southeast. In this role, I lead the implementation and management of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions across the organization, leveraging my expertise in Blue Prism and other technologies.I am passionate about delivering innovative and effective IT services that support the business goals and vision of Synovus.
