ABOUT ANTONIO CONDE

I can add value to an organization in many different ways due to the skillsets and attributes gained from a balance of diverse aviation maintenance and logistical experience on fourth and fifth generation stealth aircraft and in-depth knowledge of low observable coating systems. Furthermore, as a former team leader of an effective and successful Protocol agency I had the ability to navigate high ranking members of both Foreign and American military\'s to include ambassadors and CEOs of major corporations which helped bolster both my cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skillsets. My in-depth knowledge comes from my specialization in low observable and radar absorbing materials which was gained while working on the F-35, B-2 and F-22 airframes. However, the diversity of experience comes from working with all types of aviation maintenance specialists across many agencies to coordinate complex projects and troubleshoot unique issues to include logistical support as a HAZMAT program manager for Tyndall AFB\'s F-22 Raptor program. Spending my last three years in the Air Force working on high-level programs and interfacing with some of the highest levels of US and foreign leaders provided me with invaluable communication and coordination skills that I continue to build upon in my current position. Helping multiple partner nation foreign militaries, such as Singapore, Taiwan, Netherlands and Belgium, to establish aviation maintenance and flight programs from start to finish allowed me to both facilitate and appreciate the complexities associated with bedding down aircraft units in the pursuit of pilot training of allied nations.
