I am a Partner at Comiter Singer, where I focus my practice on probate, trust, and guardianship administration and litigation. I bring extensive experience handling complex, high-stakes disputes involving multi-million-dollar estates and trusts, as well as both contested and uncontested probate administrations. My strategic approach and litigation acumen make me a trusted advisor and advocate in navigating sensitive matters for families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries.Prior to joining Comiter Singer, I also represented a multi-billion-dollar governmental entity, managing litigation from inception through resolution. My role included comprehensive contract analysis, strategic negotiations, and the development of innovative litigation strategies, further enhancing my ability to manage sophisticated legal challenges.I am deeply involved in the legal community and remain committed to advancing the field of probate and trust law. My involvement includes serving as Subcommittee Chair of the Florida Probate Rules Committee and participation in the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, including the Guardianship, Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate Law & Procedure, Trust Law, and At Large Members (ALM) committees. I am also a graduate of Class IV of the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy and the Florida Fellow’s Institute through the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).Outside of my professional commitments, I remain dedicated to serving my community and am actively involved at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.I earned my J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014 and B.S. in Finance, with minors in Psychology, International Affairs, and Political Science, from Florida State University in 2011. During law school, I honed my skills as a judicial intern for the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan in the Southern District of Florida, participated in the Litigation Skills Program, and served as a member of the Business Law Review. I also represented clients in FINRA arbitration proceedings through the Investor Rights Clinic and broadened my perspective through the London Olympics Exchange Program.My diverse experience, meticulous attention to detail, and leadership in both professional and community organizations allow me to deliver thoughtful, results-driven solutions for my clients.
