Oversee 300T/M’s and 5 managers 9 team managers and 7 leads over a 4 shift operation. Responsible for over $40million of inventory consisting of over 114k sku’s in a +Sq/Ft. facility. Work side by side with both inbound/outbound department managers to ensure accuracy of the facility is at its highest level. Handle all shipping/receiving discrepancies that arise. Coordinate and complete full store audits monthly inside the facility and at the store. Set all new inventory as it is received inside the facility. Coordinate all weekly product line allocations.
