Take care of all the formalities required by the tax legislation regarding corporations for the Italian companies of the Group and in particular- Management, in coordination with the Head of Administration and Financial Reporting, of all issuesrelating to direct and indirect taxes, tax litigation and tax aspects of the financial statements- Management (also with the help of external consultants) of issues related to transfer prices anddocumentation of intra-group transactions- Tax compliance management in relation to direct, indirect taxation and local taxes- Analysis of the correctness of the tax request in case of investigations and, in the case of amounts notdue, preparation and presentation of requests for reassessment/reimbursement/offsetting with taxcredits (also with the help of external consultants) and management of the relative relations with thetax offices- Managing of calculation of periodical taxes, also for internal reporting purposes, and drafting of thetax returns- Analysis and implementation, in coordination with the Head of Administration and FinancialReporting, of Group extraordinary transactions and tax incentives in order to optimize tax impacts andtax cash out- Activities of internal opinions and consultancy for the Italian companies of the Group- Management, in coordination with the Head of Administration and Financial Reporting, of activitiesrelated to tax audits- Cooperation with the other company’s functions in the drafting and monitoring of corporateagreements and in particular those intercompany- Management of the tax reporting towards the headquarter, with the aim of ensuring compliance withthe defined deadlines.
