I acquired my professional experience working in companies of Management Consulting and IT Advisory, participating to a wide number of projects for large customers in various sectors, including mainly TelCo, Finance and Media. In recent years, I have worked extensively for marketing departments, technology and sales operation.My experience began in 2001 as a software analyst and developer, to evolve then towards the business analysis. In time, through responsibility gradually growing I assumed the role of Manager, dealing with business development while coordinating working groups on customers over multiple activities, in the phases of pre and post sales. Currently I\'m working in a company with international presence and I\'m facing the transition to a new business model, while supporting business and internal operations, processes, people management and supply chain optimization.The experiences on heterogeneous contexts (both on customers’ side and on internal processes), together with my strong sense of responsibility, the commitment to achieve the objectives, the aptitude of team working and people management, make me think of myself to be versatile and able to guarantee the results in terms of delivery and of business overall.
