Each day, I\'m driven by a single mission: to be the best version of myself. Whether in my roles as a husband, son, brother, or colleague, my goal is to radiate joy and foster trust in every interaction. At ALine, I act as a liaison between our customers and our team, always striving for clarity and sincerity in our communications. My motivation is to inform potential clients about ALine\'s capabilities in developing groundbreaking products that change lives, enabling our customers to focus on the science.My work ethic was ingrained early on, beginning at my brother\'s machine shop at 14 and ascending to a supervisory role at Starbucks. It was there I learned the essence of exceptional customer service and team leadership. A mantra I\'ve come to believe is,\"If you can lead teenagers, you can lead anyone.\" My journey took me to Union Bank, where I refined my customer service and sales expertise. All the while, I was committed to earning my Mechanical Engineering degree from the California State University of Long Beach. Today, at ALine, Inc, I merge my work experiences with my educational foundation.I take pride in the fact that each professional move has been amicable. I\'ve been fortunate to have a plethora of growth opportunities, largely because I\'m not one to shy away from challenges. If I\'m out of my comfort zone, I know I\'m evolving. This mindset has opened doors to numerous promotions. My initiative, such as attending events solo and broadening my network, has consistently benefited my company.At my core, I\'m defined by honesty and dependability, always willing to go above and beyond for our clients and my colleagues. Outside of work, my world revolves around my wife and our furry companion. Our daily routine—comprising work, CrossFit, and walks with our dog—is something we both treasure, grounding us and guiding our ambitions.I see myself as a go-to person, always ready with a solution or the skills to find one. My current position with ALine fills me with gratitude, as it provides endless opportunities for personal and professional growth.
