Working with the EMEA VAS Solutions Design Team- Design warehouse solutions for new businesses and/or existing operations, by balancing cost, quality, and customer service expectations. Customers belong to various business sectors (Consumer, Automotive, Life Science, Engineering & Manufacturing) ranging complexity - Develop cost models for the proposed solutions to take into account the cost of real estate, IT, labor, MHE, supplies, offices, racking, conveyors, automation- Analyze the inventory in order to optimize storage for new and existing customers- Propose solutions, as the subject matter expert- Design the layout of the proposed solutions in AutoCAD or Class- Assist in the implementation of designed solutions and support the re-engineering process- Assume a leading role in researching and evaluating of various cutting edge technologies used in warehousing and their return on investment based on specific applications. Develop ROI calculations on the identified technologies for each specific customer.
